ok guys... here 2 clarify some stuff.. for those who are coming tmr... no matter staying or not for the chalet eating bbq or not... u have to pay $25... currently from the replies we got... only 19 ppl said they are going for the bbq/chalet so to b fair.. since every1 will confirm b using the chalet to slp/rest/watch tv/bathe/play lan and other stuff... so no matter u go there stay or wat u haf to share the cost of chalet... pls understand this part...

so if we take it tat 20 ppl r going... so the chalet will cost $330 so each person pays $330 / 20 = $16.50 and for the food will b $180 / 20 = $9 thus roughly each person will pay $25.50 but lets count it as $25... if there are more ppl coming than we will take the extra money n divide it back to every1...

EXAMPLE

situation A: if 20 ppl go for chalet/bbq tmr u pay me $25... than u wont get anything back..

situation B: if lets say 25 ppl turned out for the chalet/bbq than we will take $25 x 5 = $125 than divide it by 25 so it will b $125 / 25 = $5 thus each 1 will take back $5 for each extra person who comes u will take back $1...

take note : paying $25 means u can feel free to eat the bbq and stay over at the chalet... so if u dont wan eat bbq but wan stay over or if u wan eat bbq but dont wan stay over u still have to pay $25

formula way
bbq + no stay = $25
no bbq + stay = $25
bbq + stay = $25

understandable?

so is it fair we make it this way? n to solve all the confusion between the diff amount we have to pay...

FYI ele tshirt is not including in this $25
